The process
Implementation
The foundation of our methodology is a spatially explorative architecture with people at the center. In close collaboration and dialogue with our clients, we define and shape the unique conditions and goals of each project. We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire architectural process, from concept to completed environment.
Identify challenges and goals
We start by listening. Together with our clients, we define and clarify their needs, map out opportunities, and establish the sustainability goals that will guide the project.
Strategic planning
With the goals as a foundation, we develop an implementation plan that outlines clear frameworks, including budget, sustainability plan, quality standards, and ambition levels for your project. We conduct workshops, interview key stakeholders, and carry out site analyses.
Once the strategy is in place, we move into the creative phase.
Design and implementation
During concept development, we transform the program ideas into visual and tangible proposals through sketches, mood boards, and 3D models. The goal is to create a clear and vivid picture of the final result. Once the concept is approved, we begin the detailed design phase and develop the final layout plan. We produce detailed technical documentation for procurement and execution. In parallel, we coordinate the work with other technical consultants and perform quality reviews. We participate in construction meetings with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and oversee production.
Follow-up and evaluation
Our clients’ feedback is a central part of our work. After the project is completed and delivered, we ensure that the results meet the established expectations. Through the final inspection, we review and verify that every detail meets the defined quality and execution standards. We make sure that any adjustments or additions are handled smoothly and efficiently, and that all relevant documentation for future management and maintenance is made available.
